Event Schedule
This two-hour gathering blends Samhain tradition with system-affirming practices.
We'll create autumn luminaries as symbols of internal light,
play a cooperative/competitive Jackbox game that honor multiple perspectives,
partake of seasonal foods, have the opportunity to receive a tarot reading for any of your alters,
and learn about our ongoing support group.
Every activity is designed to celebrate system cooperation and the beauty of multiple functionality.

Evidence-Based & Trauma-Informed
Our DID support group is grounded in evidence-based practices recommended by the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD). Ginger Grove follows the Phase-Oriented Treatment Model, focusing on Phase 1: safety, stabilization, and skill-building.
This group prioritizes community connection and skill practice—not trauma processing. All participants must have an individual therapist to ensure you have dedicated support for deeper therapeutic work.

Sensory Space Provided
Annelise Murphy, LCMHC will be providing a comfortable, sensory friendly room for any participants who get triggered or feel overwhelmed, with safety in mind, first and foremost. This space will be available during all subsequent groups as well.

Peer Support Model with Therapist Guide
Evidence shows peer support reduces isolation and improves outcomes. Members of the DID community often struggle to connect with peers due to the complexity of their reality. This group strives to create a safe space to allow systems to receive the benefits of peer support.
